TMB Branding was born out of a deep love for storytelling, brand building, and helping founders bring their visions to life.
Tiffany’s career began over 15 years ago in New York City at famed French fashion house Christian Louboutin. Hoping to break into PR, her junior role quickly evolved into something much bigger when she was asked to manage a new platform: Instagram. She quickly recognized its potential and dove in headfirst, helping usher Louboutin into the digital age - leading early social, content, and influencer efforts - and became part of the brand’s first-ever digital team.
A move to Los Angeles brought Tiffany to The Collected Group (Joie, Equipment, Current/Elliott), under the brilliant direction of Sarah Rutson and Brett Ramey. Their mentorship exposed her to every aspect of brand-building - from social and PR to art direction and producing multiple Paris Fashion Week presentations. It was here she truly fell in love with the cross-section of strategy, storytelling, and creativity.
Then a transition into beauty. At OPI, Tiffany led social innovation and digital art direction for one of the most iconic brands in the industry - until the 2020 pandemic brought the industry to a halt. As brands tightened budgets, Tiffany's reputation spoke for itself. Former colleagues and mentors began reaching out - asking her to step in and help on everything from brand positioning to marketing strategy. By 2022, it was clear: it was time to launch TMB Branding.
Since then, Tiffany has built a collective of creatives with deep expertise in fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle. What makes TMB different is the approach: we layer strategic storytelling with visual identity, we work with influential people who move culture - not just those who monetize it - and we build brands that grow not just in numbers, but in depth.
Tiffany still works hand-in-hand with our clients, treating herself as an extension of the team. But she’s also built a trusted circle of senior designers, copywriters, editors, and managers who help bring your brand to life every day.
